LOCAL PRODUCE
The estate extends over 52 ha with 26 ha under vines, including 17 ha appellation Muscat de Saint-Jean-de-Minervois and 9 ha AOC Minervois. 15 years ago, the cellars were mo-dernised with the installation of a pneumatic press and temperature-regulated wine-making facilities in order to combine the traditions of centenary estate with the state-of-the-art wine-making technology, warehouse where wine is aged on the wood. The exceptional soil enables the production of a very high quality muscat.
